Originally conceived as an internal initiative to promote the reuse of best-practice legal content, KM is now regarded as key to driving a firm’s commercial success. Clients are keen to form strategic partnerships with law firms and benefit from the KM tools firms develop. Looking to the future, technology and innovation will continue to disrupt the legal industry in critical ways, and the KM toolkit will evolve to adapt to this new normal.

After this 30-minute presentation, we will have time to talk about Now and What’s Next on the KM front, at our firms.

We will be joined by some Vancouver ILTA members who may have missed the original session.
